CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SESSIONS

The greatest thing you can do for your physical health is learn to move correctly and then move often. Our body's tissue gets nutrients from moving. It improves the flow of blood and removal of waste products. Often times pain can prevent people from moving because it hurts! If you suffer from any number of complaints, our first goal is to get you out of pain, followed by reinforcing correct movement to prevent it from coming back. This is the greatest thing you can do for yourself, learn how to care for your physical health and use conservative treatment as needed or to recover from acute injuries or flare ups.
